We understand that the relationship between horse and rider is important, and our aim is to promote a successful partnership whether you enjoy a leisurely hack or compete at the highest levels. Not only do we offer an excellent customer service, we are affordable: with all saddles at least 10% less than RRP.

Ashton Saddlery, taken over by Wendy Sibley in 1998, has a wide range of saddles and bridles to suit all needs. Wendy has been involved with horses for more than 40 years and has an extensive all round knowledge, having herself competed in show jumping, trained point to pointers and is now heavily involved with her son, Daniel's, successful eventing career; Team Sibley Eventing. We are stockists of Bates, GFS, Kent & Masters, Kentaur, Lovatt & Ricketts, Mark Todd, Oliver Townend, Pessoa, Thorowgood, Tekna and Wintec saddles.

If you would like your saddle fitted, we travel throughout Devon, Somerset, Cornwall and Dorset and will be happy to visit you and supply you with all of your equestrian needs which you may prefer being in your own environment, or you can bring your horse to us where we have a wide variety of trial facilities, and will carry out an assessment and help you with what ever you need.

When did you last get your saddle assessed?

You should have your saddle checked annually. Your horse will change shape, just like we do. Whether you need a new saddle or you current saddle assessed, we would be happy to visit you. We travel throughout Devon, Somerset, Cornwall and Dorset. The visit cost is £30. Please Contact Us to make an appointment.
